They have a really good system they use called xtime which reported the results of their diagnostic (they ran a full diagnostic), quoted the cost of recommended services, and got my approval for them to go ahead with work; all via email. I would say that their pricing is on the higher end ($260 for coolant fluid exchange, $140 for tire alignment, $940 for 40k mile service, $50 for a tire patch/plug), but they did a large amount of work under warranty, they spotted and resolved some issues that would have caused me major problems if left unfixed, they price matched the tires ...

My Passat showed a check engine light while driving. Beyer Volkswagon got me into the shop the next morning, which was Christmas Eve. The issue was fixed and I was on my way in no time. I appreciate their getting me in early so I could enjoy Christmas with my family. Thank you
